Alcohol Purchase Law
Any gifts sold by us containing alcohol may only be purchased by a person aged 18 and over. This policy aligns with the Liquor Act 2007.
Privacy Policy
At Gourmet Wanderlust we take our customers privacy seriously. We will never disclose or sell on your private information to anyone.
We will also never spam you. Who has time for that! We only send occasional emails for special offers, awesome events, important news. If you don't wish to receive occasional emails, simply email us with your request.
Free Click & Collect from Safety Bay
At Gourmet Wanderlust we offer a free click & click option for customers who are happy to drive to Safety Bay, near Rockingham, WA, to pick up your order.
Simply select Click & Collect option at checkout.
Once your order is ready, we will message you directly to arrange a suitable time for pick up.
Pick up is typically 1-2 business days. Please allow longer for hand poured candles and other specialty gifts that may be made fresh to order.
All customers must provide I.D to pick up their order.
Delivery of Goods
At Gourmet Wanderlust we offer a fixed rate fee by a nationwide courier service. We use a tracked courier and can deliver nationwide to metro Australia. As of 2025, the fixed rate is $15 nationwide.
Remote Delivery
If you need a delivery to a remote area in Australia please get in touch for a competitive delivery quote prior to placing your order.
Receipt of Goods
If you miss your delivery, don't worry! We know how busy life can be. Take your I.D and pick up from your local courier service drop off point or you can request a re-delivery. Another option is to get your goods shipped to your work address to prevent missing the delivery. We can help track your goods if they are taking longer than expected in transit too. We are here to help!
Returns
At Gourmet Wanderlust we take great care to ensure our goods are packaged securely for delivery. Unfortunately though, accidents can happen on transit.
If you have received goods that are damaged please send us an email to hello@gourmetwanderlust.com with a photo attached of your item.
If your claim is legit, we will always offer a refund or an exchange to the value of the damaged good/s.
Any returned items will not be accepted for refund or exchange if the returned items have been opened, used, worn, not in original packaging and also if any labels have been removed.
You must email us prior to returning any goods to receive our prior approval of any refund or exchange to be granted.

At Gourmet Wanderlust we offer trusted payment options. We offer secure credit card payments such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
And, we offer cash payment for customers who wish to click & collect their goods in Safety Bay.
