Kangaroo Island olives are top quality olives hand picked throughout the harvest window in South Australia.
Naturally fermented, the olives are slow cured at different stages of maturity which results in an assortment of flavour, texture, size, colour and ripeness in each bag.
Try the Kalamata olives. They are beautiful on cheeseboards, in pasta dishes or added to pizza.
